FASYS today

Originally incorporated as of May 1, 1993 by former EDS/UNC employees as a German public-law based company (GbR), FASYS is a manufacturer independent system integrator.

Effective April 1, 1996 the FASYS GbR was converted into a limited liability company  - the FASYS Industrie-EDV-Systeme GmbH, whose capital stock totals EUR 63,911.50. Today, FASYS employs 14 staff members and generates annual revenues of approximately EUR 1.9 million.

At this time, more than 100 companies from Germany, Holland, Switzerland, Austria and all over the world – ranging from small to medium-sized businesses to renowned conglomerates – are utilizing more than 1,850 FASYS work stations in all parts of their manufacturing facilities.

In cooperation with select partners, FASYS offers turnkey complete solutions for integrated CAD/CAM process chains covering everything from the initial idea to the finished product. Any required interfaces are available as standard interfaces and are kept up-to-date with the assistance of FASYS partners. As a result, customers enjoy process security and reduced maintenance costs.

FASYS ensures the integrative compatibility with heterogeneous systems through the consistent use of standards – the latest software and hardware technologies, open software structures and interfaces – and as a result, is in a position to guarantee you maximum flexibility. All FASYS applications are running under Windows in a TCP/IP network environment based on the open FATcl application generator.
