2023

In order to strengthen the joint appearance of the products in the Production Software division of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, Hexagon DEU02 GmbH was renamed Vero Software GmbH as of November 17, 2022, and its registered office was moved to Neu-Isenburg as of January 30, 2023.

2020

As part of the further successful expansion of our business, we are reorganizing our corporate structures. This means a change of name for FASys Industrie-EDV-Systeme GmbH as of December 30, 2020. As of this date, Hexagon DEU02 GmbH will appear on the market as the legal successor of FASys Industrie-EDV-Systeme GmbH.

2019

From January 7, 2019, FASYS, Vero Software and SPRING Technologies became part of the Production Software division of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence - and assumed Hexagon's corporate identity.

2018

Our team continues to grow... We are pleased to welcome two new employees since July 2018. Mr Aref Khalil supports as software developer the development department for our software products, as well as the support of customer projects. Mr Ulrich Feldmann will support the management as General Manager in sales and commercial matters.
