FATool Parts and Drawings Management

FATool makes it easy to implement simple source, parts and drawings management solutions. The existing CAD-API interfaces can be utilized to support the compilation, processing or preparation in the respective CAD system.

The Source and Parts Management is used in particular in combination with CAM couplings to modern systems in order to administrate the NC-compatibly prepared model, unmachined part and finished part or semi-finished part and to link them to the source program or NC program.

The document link function allows users to administrate the respective CAD drawing; standard formats are depicted directly (e.g. .dxf/.stl/.jpg/.png); an optional viewer is integrated for other formats.
