With effect from 1 January 2026, FASys Software GmbH has acquired the FASys product, including the FASys staff, from Hexagon

Deployment of a new Industry 4.0 OPC/UA interface server to implement a new manufacturing concept using autonomous and mobile robots
This project also includes the development of a new web app for evaluating tools
The PDM-Link-Windchill interface enables the use of Windchill data records in FASys, thereby simplifying workflows and increasing efficiency
It is now possible to log in to FASys using OpenID Connect, with the Edge browser handling the login process.

The class configuration now distinguishes between ‘Standard’, ‘Fixed’ and ‘Modified by the customer’, which reduces the time required for a release change
The introduction of templates in the class configuration makes it easier and quicker to make changes to classes
Switch from the previous file management system to a simple document management system; this enables multiple document sets to be managed for a single data record

After 20 years, FASys leaves its offices in Cologne Höhenberg and moves into significantly larger premises at the Sirius Office Centre in Cologne Porz
A new assembly dialogue makes it easier and quicker to assemble tool assembiels in FASys; this is initially available for the Creo interface
Inventory stocks can now be replicated and viewed across different locations, and can also be transferred via transit warehouses where necessary
It is now possible to use ActiveMQ to receive ERPQueue messages via the Data Access Server

A new Android app for PDAs in the warehouse is connected online to the FASys system and supports all stock movements
