FASys offers its customers first-class system maintenance and support. With FASys maintenance, you’ll always be up to date. Further developments, updates and expert advice round off the service we provide to our customers. The FASys team will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have. Through our online support service, we can, with your consent, view your screen directly. This enables us to resolve any queries or issues quickly and easily with the help of our technical team.
Please submit support enquiries directly via our customer portal. Only by submitting support enquiries via the customer portal can we ensure that they are processed in an organised manner internally and that you can receive information and follow-up queries via the case comment function.

TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer for online support.
If your organisation permits it, you can launch TeamViewer directly from FATool via the menu ‘Help’ → ‘Online Support’.

You can download the FASys software after logging in to the FASys customer area.
FASys offers optional master models for FATool resource management. If you have a valid maintenance contract for master models, you can download them from here and register them in FATool via the GRMMASTER class. You must be a FASys administrator to import them. To do this, click the ‘Online Update’ button in search mode.
You will find your download code for the master models on your licence sheet. You can also request it from us by email or telephone (see contact details above).
To use the Creo master models, you need PTC Creo version 7.0 or later.
